We make every effort to display our flower arrangements and their colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the actual flower colors. Due to the natural nature of flowers, slight variations in color, size, and appearance may occur.

Flower Availability
All flower arrangements are subject to seasonal availability. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if specific varieties are unavailable. In the event that we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or provide a full refund.
3Orders and Payment
Order Process
When you place an order with MJflowers:
- •You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or email
- •Your order is not confirmed until we send you a confirmation message with your order number
- •We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
- •You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information including recipient name, address, and phone number
Payment Methods
MJflowers currently accepts the following payment methods:
Cash on Delivery
Payment is made in cash upon delivery of your flower arrangement. Please ensure you have the exact amount or change ready when our delivery personnel arrives.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order by contacting us via WhatsApp at +254729308456 or email at myrachanto1@gmail.com before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, standard return policies apply.
4Delivery
Delivery Areas
We deliver fresh flowers daily within Nairobi and surrounding areas in Kenya. Delivery fees may vary based on your location and will be communicated before order confirmation.
Delivery Times
We aim to deliver your flower arrangement on the date specified at checkout. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control (such as traffic, weather, or public holidays) may cause delays.
Delivery Issues
- •You must provide accurate delivery address and recipient contact information
- •If the recipient is not available, we will attempt to contact them using the provided phone number
- •We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address information or recipient unavailability
- •Please inspect your flowers upon delivery and report any issues immediately within 24 hours
5Freshness Guarantee & Returns

Our Guarantee:
All flowers will remain fresh and beautiful for at least 3 days from delivery when properly cared for.
What We Cover:
- •Flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or crushed during transit
- •Wrong order delivered (different arrangement than ordered)
- •Missing items (flowers, chocolates, cards, or add-ons)
- •Quality issues upon arrival (flowers don't meet our standards)
- •Failed delivery to the specified address on requested date
Important:
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We'll provide either a free replacement or full refund, typically within 2-8 hours during business hours.
6Product Quality & Sourcing
MJflowers is committed to providing farm-fresh, high-quality flowers sourced from trusted local and international growers. We carefully select each bloom to ensure freshness and beauty.
All our flowers are freshly cut and delivered daily. We work closely with reliable suppliers to maintain the highest quality standards.

7Flower Care Responsibilities
To maximize the life of your flowers and maintain our freshness guarantee, proper care is essential. Recipients are responsible for:
- •Trimming stems at a 45-degree angle before placing in clean water
- •Changing water every 2-3 days and re-cutting stems
- •Keeping flowers away from direct sunlight and heat sources
- •Removing wilted flowers to prevent bacteria growth
- •Using the flower food packet provided with the bouquet
Note: Natural wilting after 3 days or damage due to improper care is not covered by our guarantee.
8Intellectual Property
All content on the MJflowers website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MJflowers or its content suppliers and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without express written permission from MJflowers.
9User Conduct
When using our website and services, you agree not to:

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for:

- •Natural wilting after 3 days or damage caused by improper flower care
- •Issues arising from incorrect delivery information provided by you
- •Recipient unavailability or refusal to accept delivery
